I'm not sure about this one... It started off shaky, then got the 'I like where this is going!' point, but now it feels unfinished. I decided to upload it anyways, and perhaps I can get some helfpul suggestions
Originally there were supposed to be red petals falling from the sky into the fountain, but I thought it'd be too distracting from the focus of the image. I might take this down or edit it when inspiration strikes..
I know I say that often nowdays, but it looks better in person! Really...
Ania,
I like it. I don't think falling petals would help. As it is it looks like a fountain, almost like a candle. The shared red ties it to the faery watcher's heart. It has a quiet, mystical feel to it, as if we are looking in on some very special occurance.
It looks like something is creeping up around the base of the pedastal, but even that has a curious feel to it rather than ominous.

red petals may be too distracting, but how about a lighter shade of pink in the branches up near the top and even falling down? it'd be a way to tie in the red to the rest of the composition and balance it out a bit.

the petals would distract, my suggestion would be to consider doing something between the trees like a very very faint tree line in the background across near the middle... if that makes sense. But I don't know, i'm not really good at these things.
